I'm on SSRIs and get very, very tired at specific times during the day. Can I use hypnotherapy instead?

Hypnotherapy can be used very effectively in conjunction with SSRI treatment to effect the changes necessary to overcome periods of depression. Therapy can accelerate the pace and level of change.

If you are concerned about the side-effects of your medication you should consult your prescribing GP.
