Late notice cancellation / rescheduling fees

70% cancellation / rescheduling fee for an £160 smoking cessation session - where cancelled / rescheduled within within 24 hrs (the full fee is payable if cancelled on the day)

Appointment Cancellation / Rescheduling Terms

Please note that we take your welfare seriously and make a commitment to your booking and cancellation / rescheduling / non-attendance terms do apply.

Please assist us by giving advanced notice of any changes.

With less than 48 hours notice a cancelled or rescheduled appointment will result in the following fees being payable:

Within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a 30% fee being charged.
Within 24 hours the fee will be 70%.
Failure to attend without notice or cancellation on the day will result in the full payment becoming due.

If you have an infectious illness e.g. cold / flu / Covid then please reschedule as early as possible, noting that fees are still payable where applicable.

Since we ask for payment in advance full or partial refunds will be issued depending on the level of notice provided.

Anxiety Programme: If you do not attend sessions or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice they will be considered to be consumed.

Covid19: Reschedule if you are awaiting test results or have been advised to self-isolate due to contact with a Covid19 case.

Supervision / 1:1 tutor time must be paid in advance and is not refundable if not fully used. Supervision time must be consumed within 6 months from the date of payment.

Armed forced / Emergency services: I recognise that some occupations mean that last-minute cancellations may not be avoidable. So, by prior arrangement, pre-paid fees can be rolled forwards to the next possible appointment for members of the armed forces and emergency services.
