Stress and anxiety are part of normal life. There are times when we all need help to tab down our stress and anxiety levels and these introductory mini-hypnotherapy sessions are designed to meet that need.
Each sessions lasts for a maximum of 30 mins and are provided on an "as required" basis. Relaxation sessions can be useful as part of an overall stress management strategy, can provide an introductory experience of hypnosis, can boost self-hypnosis and can be used during or after more formal forms of therapy.
In summary:

- You can choose the approach used or you can allow the therapist to guide the process
