How to use
For your overall goal and problems please enter full sentences that describe your situation clearly. Then press the "Coach me" button for ideas to consider. Having considered the ideas press the back arrow and consider rethinking / rewording your goal / problem. Your goal is to reduce the number of "ideas to consider" as far as possible for your overall positive goal.
When you enter the issues that you are encountering and press on the "Coach me" button underneath that section a few ideas for your solution will be generated automatically. Remove ideas for consideration that do not apply to your situation.
The "next actions" section is for your use only. Try to think in practical terms how you can move towards your goal.
