How long does it take to stop smoking, what's included and what methods are used?

For smoking cessation a single 3 hour max session is required and by the end of the session you will have returned to being a non smoker.

The following is included:

  • CD(s)
  • Post Session Support Notes
  • Software Utilities
  • One Boost Session as required

The following techniques are utilised:

  • Clinical Hypnotherapy backed up by:
    • NLP (Neuro Linguistic Psychology - Cognitive approaches)
    • Advanced EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing)
    • Computer Based Bio Feedback (To demonstrate how relaxation techniques that you will be taught are working for you)

Finally, congratulations on your decision to return to being a non smoker and I look forward to hearing from you soon!

If a person gives up smoking using hypnotherapy will they still experience cravings when in a smokey environment?

Different people respond in different ways, but most experience either reduced withdrawal symptoms or no withdrawal symptoms at all - apart from a great feeling of being free from the burden of smoking that they have left behind in the past!
