How come the dates look strange?

The method of storing the date received changed as the BB was being implemented, hence some of the earlier posts have dummy dates against them because the original date did not include time. Also some the dates were back-filled (i.e. guessed) because of a loss during one of the data conversion processes when setting the BB after changing to a different system. Where times are present this represents the time at which the record was processed rather than the time actually received.
